Contact data processing notice
This notice covers the data you send us through the site’s contact form, under art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to answer your request and for any business contact that follows. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We do not use the data for marketing or profiling.
Data collected
Name, company, optional role, email and whatever you write in the form fields. Please do not enter unnecessary personal data in the message field.
Recipients
The data is received by authorised SW Service staff and passes through our email delivery provider (Mandrill / Mailchimp Transactional) and the Cloudflare infrastructure that processes the form. It is not disclosed to third parties for other purposes.
Retention
We keep the data as long as needed to handle the request and related contacts, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data at any time, and withdraw consent, by writing to yes@swservice.biz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
